Zimbabwe’s original sauce, a 120 year-old family recipe. Hot-smoked twice over English oak chips and then blended with fresh lemon juice and spices. Batch made and slow-cured in the African sun for 100 days, creating the distinctive, mellow, smoky ﬂavour.
